Excludes agricultural property, industrial property, and residential real estate with 1-4 units from the definition of covered commercial property

Automatic renewal clauses that fail to meet these requirements are void and unenforceable, and non-compliant service providers commit a deceptive act actionable by the attorney general or property owner under Indiana's deceptive consumer sales statute
