Employers receiving job creation incentives from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) must allow secret ballot elections for union representation rather than relying solely on signed authorization cards

Employers cannot voluntarily disclose employee personal contact information (home address, phone number, email) to labor organizations without prior written consent

Employers are prohibited from signing neutrality agreements with unions that would restrict the employer from communicating with employees about union issues

IEDC must execute separate recovery agreements with incentive recipients, lasting 20 years for incentives of $5 million or more

Violations can be reported to IEDC, which must investigate and refer findings to the Attorney General to initiate recovery proceedings
