Prohibits the sale, storage, distribution, and use in food preparation of six food additives in Indiana: Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), Red 40, Titanium dioxide, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6

Reckless violation of the prohibition constitutes a Class B misdemeanor

Authorizes the State Department of Health to adopt rules for administration and assigns enforcement responsibility to the State Health Commissioner

Effective date is July 1, 2026
