Indiana Department of Health must prepare an annual report before April 1 each year comparing maternal and infant health statistics from 2021 (pre-abortion restrictions) to each subsequent year

Report must track births, stillborn births, infant deaths, maternal deaths, child services investigations, and the number of practicing OB-GYNs in Indiana

Report must assess whether access to maternal/infant health care and primary care has decreased, and whether costs have increased since 2021

Report must include Medicaid data on delivery reimbursements, payments to Planned Parenthood in 2021, and whether those recipients found alternative providers

Department must collaborate with Family and Social Services, Department of Child Services, professional licensing agency, and maternal mortality review committee; report must be posted online and submitted to the General Assembly
