Practitioners performing gender transition procedures must submit quarterly reports to their regulating board, including the county where each procedure was performed and the type of procedure

Regulating boards must compile and forward summarized reports to the professional licensing agency within 5 business days of receiving quarterly practitioner reports

The professional licensing agency must produce an annual report by March 1 each year, sorted by county and procedure type, covering the preceding calendar year

Annual reports must be submitted electronically to the general assembly and posted on the professional licensing agency's website

Reports may not include personally identifying information about patients; effective date is July 1, 2026
