Public utilities providing electric service in Indiana must file annual reports with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) beginning February 1, 2027, disclosing all recorded votes cast at PJM Interconnection regional transmission organization meetings

Reports must cover votes by the utility and its affiliates at four permanent standing committees (planning, operating, market implementation, and risk management) plus any active senior task forces

Each vote disclosure must include a brief explanation of how the vote supports Indiana's state energy policy attributes: reliability, affordability, resiliency, stability, and environmental sustainability

The IURC must post all received reports on its website and adopt rules to implement the requirements, including prescribing the reporting form

Effective date is July 1, 2026, with first reports due in 2027 covering calendar year 2026 voting activity
