Proposes amending Article 6 of the Indiana Constitution to explicitly include circuit court judges and prosecuting attorneys among officials subject to impeachment for crime, incapacity, or negligence

Removal would occur either through impeachment by the House of Representatives (tried by the Senate) or by joint resolution of the General Assembly, requiring two-thirds vote of members elected to each branch

Adds circuit court judges and prosecuting attorneys to the list of officials who may be impeached or removed from office as prescribed by law

Requires approval by two consecutive general assemblies and ratification by a majority of Indiana voters to take effect
