House Resolution commemorates Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, recognizing him as a national hero and Nobel Peace Prize recipient whose birthday is celebrated as both a national and Indiana state holiday

Calls for all Indiana citizens to honor Dr. King by living out his teachings and working toward respecting the dignity and humanity of every person

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to the family of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
