Replaces existing specific requirements for veterinarian licensure without examination with a reference to IC 25-1-21, Indiana's general reciprocity statute for professional licensing, effective July 1, 2026

Removes the prior requirement that out-of-state veterinarians must have practiced for 5 years in a state with substantially equivalent licensing requirements

Eliminates the specific requirement to prove graduation from an accredited veterinary college or holding ECFVG/PAVE certificates for licensure by endorsement

Applies the same streamlined reciprocity approach to registered veterinary technicians, removing the 5-year practice requirement and accredited program completion proof for out-of-state applicants
