Requires sellers to provide buyers with a radon guide on testing and mitigation published by the Indiana Department of Health

Applies to all residential real estate transfers including sales, exchanges, deeds, contracts for deed, and lease-with-option-to-purchase transactions

Buyers must sign a notification acknowledging receipt of the radon warning statement, disclosure information, and radon guide
