Adds the Classic Learning Test (CLT) as a recognized college entrance examination alongside the ACT and SAT for Indiana's college and career readiness standards, statewide assessments, and student graduation plans

Requires the Indiana Department of Education to publish annually by September 1 a searchable website listing schools that allow non-enrolled students to take standardized tests (AP exams, PSAT, SAT, ACT, CLT, and ASVAB) at their locations

Mandates that Indiana state educational institutions accept the Classic Learning Test for admissions to the same extent they accept ACT or SAT scores

Expands "good citizenship instruction" requirements to include charter schools and adds new content teaching that economic prosperity results from obtaining a high school diploma, securing full-time employment, and waiting until marriage to have children
