Prohibits practitioners, medical students, interns, residents, and clinical trainees from performing pelvic, prostate, or rectal examinations on sedated, anesthetized, or unconscious patients without prior written informed consent, effective July 1, 2026.

Allows exceptions when the examination is within the scope of care for a scheduled surgical or diagnostic procedure with general consent, during medical emergencies requiring immediate diagnosis or treatment (including rape kit collection), or when court-ordered for evidence collection.

Requires written consent forms to be separate from other agreements, specify the examination's nature and purpose, name the performing or supervising individual, and disclose whether students will perform or observe.

Guarantees patients, guardians, or health care representatives the right to decline the examination or student involvement without affecting their scheduled medical procedure.

Preserves all other existing statutory requirements for obtaining informed consent from medical professionals and trainees.
