Classifies health care provider reports on abortions submitted to the Indiana Department of Health as medical records under IC 5-14-3-4(a)(9), making them confidential

Prohibits the state department from disclosing these abortion reports to the public under Indiana's Access to Public Records Act (IC 5-14-3)

Takes effect immediately upon passage as an emergency measure

Amends existing statute IC 16-34-2-5, which already requires providers to submit detailed abortion reports within 30 days (or 3 days for patients under 16)
