Defines "notice of withdrawal" to include documents where a candidate withdraws, declines a nomination, indicates they are no longer a candidate, requests their name be printed as nominated by petition or convention, or elects which nomination to accept.

When a candidate files a notice of withdrawal with an address different from their voter registration record, their signature automatically serves as a request to update their voter registration address to match.
