Driver education advisory board must consult with the BMV commissioner and state police department to develop curriculum on law enforcement traffic stop procedures and appropriate driver interactions with officers

Bureau of Motor Vehicles must include in all driver education manuals a description of traffic stop procedures and guidance on actions drivers should take during stops

Driver education classroom curriculum standards must now include instruction on traffic stop conduct, adding to existing required topics like railroad crossing safety and organ donor program participation
