Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services must post on its website the criteria for "medically frail" determinations and examples of notices sent to Medicaid applicants/recipients with explanations

Termination notices must be provided at least 21 days before services end and cannot reference program requirements that are not currently being implemented or enforced

Coverage cannot be terminated during eligibility redetermination until all timely submitted information from the recipient has been reviewed

Managed care organizations must submit quarterly reports on claim denials (by program and claim type) and monthly reports on recipient counts, removals, reinstatements, help line calls, and average wait times—all to be posted publicly on the agency website

Healthy Indiana Plan must include at least 30 days of retroactive coverage; effective July 1, 2026
