Written notice may be delivered pursuant to the lease terms, by electronic mail, or in accordance with existing statutory notice requirements

Repeals the existing 10-day notice requirement for lease termination due to tenant's refusal or neglect to pay rent

Landlords must complete required repairs issued by eligible enforcement authorities and meet county health department standards
