Adds documents containing identifying information of participants in Indiana's address confidentiality program (IC 5-26.5) to the list of documents exempt from mandatory electronic recording by county recorders

Removes the July 1, 2022 deadline language, making electronic document recording an ongoing permanent requirement for county recorders

Effective date is July 1, 2026

County recorders must continue accepting both paper and electronic documents, maintaining them in the same index
