Extends tort claim immunity to governmental entities operating activities on land leased from the federal government, adding them to the list of protected entities under Indiana's governmental liability chapter

Expands the definition of "extreme sport area" to include obstacle courses and all physical challenges within such courses, providing liability protection for government-operated obstacle course facilities

Exempts obstacle courses from the existing requirement that extreme sport areas post signage stating the area may only be used by persons operating extreme sport equipment

Maintains the existing requirement that governmental entities continue to maintain extreme sport areas in reasonably safe condition despite the liability protections

Effective date: July 1, 2026
