Authorizes the Attorney General to share merger notification information with attorneys general of other states that have enacted the Uniform Antitrust Pre-Merger Notification Act or equivalent legislation with comparable confidentiality protections

Requires the Attorney General to destroy or return all submitted documents within 120 days after the transaction closes or any related legal proceedings conclude

Establishes enforcement through written notice of violations, with civil penalties of up to $10,000 per day for failures to cure violations within three days of notice
