Prohibits manufacturing, distributing, mailing, transporting, delivering, prescribing, or possessing abortion inducing drugs in Indiana, with enforcement through civil actions rather than criminal prosecution

Creates civil liability for wrongful death or personal injury claims against those who provide abortion inducing drugs, allowing parents of unborn children to sue with minimum damages of $100,000 per violation and a 20-year statute of limitations

Establishes qui tam actions allowing private citizens to sue on behalf of the state against violators, with exemptions for the pregnant woman herself, transportation/delivery network companies, internet service providers, and common carriers with anti-abortion drug policies

Expands abortion complication reporting requirements to include whether the abortion occurred in or outside Indiana, the treatment facility location, and the treating provider's name, with reports forwarded to the Office of Inspector General

Provides sovereign, governmental, and official immunity to state entities and employees against challenges to the law's validity, while prohibiting courts from issuing declaratory or injunctive relief that would invalidate the chapter's provisions
