Establishes regulations for tip pooling arrangements in Indiana, effective retroactively to June 27, 2024, in response to the Supreme Court's Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo decision.

Defines "tipped employees" (waiters, bartenders, bussers, etc.) and "nontipped employees" (dishwashers, cooks, janitors) and excludes managers/supervisors from participating in tip pools.

Allows employers to require tip pooling among tipped employees only; if employers pay at least minimum wage, tips may be shared with both tipped and nontipped employees.

Prohibits employers and managers/supervisors from receiving any tips from tip pooling arrangements under any circumstances.

Requires employers to notify employees of tip pool contribution amounts and bars employers from retaining employee tips for any purpose.
