Amends Indiana's commercial feed law (IC 15-19-7) to add new definitions including "all life stages," "family," "good manufacturing practice," "immediate container," "ingredient statement," "poisonous or deleterious substances," "principal display panel," and "supplier," effective July 1, 2026

Establishes detailed labeling requirements for pet food and specialty pet food, including product name rules, guaranteed analysis specifications, ingredient statements, nutritional adequacy claims, feeding directions, and calorie content statements following Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) standards

Specifies required guaranteed analysis information and animal class definitions for various commercial feed types including swine, poultry, beef cattle, dairy cattle, equine, goat/sheep, duck/geese, fish, and rabbit formula feeds

Sets maximum fluorine content limits for mineral feeds used with different livestock species and establishes standards for nonprotein nitrogen labeling, medicated feed requirements, and weed seed viability limits in commercial feeds

Voids administrative rules 355 IAC 6-1 and 355 IAC 6-2, and allows manufacturers to request pet food label review using AAFCO Model Regulations if they meet specified federal FDA and AAFCO requirements
