Requires persons paying $500 or more to induce others to engage in "influence campaigns" (mobilizing the public to contact legislators or executive branch officials) to file written reports with the Indiana Lobby Registration Commission within 24 hours

Defines "executive person" to include state officers, candidates for state office, executive branch employees, agency officials, paid consultants, and close relatives of these individuals

Reports must disclose the funder's identity, all persons involved in organizing or managing the campaign, funding sources of $25 or more, the campaign's purpose (including specific legislation or rules targeted), and itemized expenditures

Exempts compensation already reported under existing lobbying disclosure requirements

Effective July 1, 2026; passed Senate Committee on Elections with a 6-3 vote
