Expands recognition of pharmacy schools to include those accredited by the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs, in addition to U.S. accredited schools

Eliminates the Indiana board-administered examination on federal and state pharmacy laws for pharmacists seeking licensure through reciprocity from other states

Updates accreditation body name from "American Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education" to "Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education" throughout the code

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage
