Senate Concurrent Resolution memorializing Michael David Nance, who passed away on November 8, 2025, at age 71

Nance served on the Wayne Township School Board for 31 years, including 13 years as an officer, and worked as the Indiana School Board Association Legislative Liaison

Graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, obtained his CPA license, and worked as a bank auditor

Co-owned the UPS Store in Speedway for 14 years with his late wife, Roberta Nance

The Indiana General Assembly expresses sympathy and condolences to Nance's family, and directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit two copies of the resolution to the family
