Disallows state income tax deductions for wages paid to unauthorized aliens or to independent contractors not registered with E-Verify, requiring businesses to add back such deductions when calculating state tax liability

Authorizes county/district attorneys and the Attorney General to investigate complaints and enforce violations through civil actions, with filing of false complaints classified as a Class C nonperson misdemeanor
