Increases Kansas minimum wage from $7.25 to $15.00 per hour by amending K.S.A. 44-1203

Applies only to employers not covered by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.)

Maintains existing exemptions for agricultural workers, domestic service workers, executive/administrative/professional employees, federal employees, nonprofit volunteers, and part-time workers age 18 or younger

Preserves the tipped employee minimum wage at $2.13 per hour, with employers required to make up the difference if tips don't bring total compensation to the new minimum

Takes effect upon publication in the Kansas statute book
