Kansas Department of Health and Environment must create a video and materials by September 1, 2025, describing the state's abortion laws, including what acts do or do not constitute an abortion

Materials must explain the most common medical conditions that threaten the life or health of pregnant women and the generally accepted standards of care for treating these conditions

Video must outline criteria practitioners may use when exercising reasonable medical judgment to determine treatment for pregnant women and unborn children experiencing life-threatening or health-threatening conditions

Department must consult with the Attorney General and persons with medical and legal expertise when creating the materials

Completed video and materials must be published on the Kansas Department of Health and Environment website
