Amends the Kansas Amusement Ride Act (K.S.A. 44-1601, 44-1602, 44-1605, 44-1616) to expand regulations for inflatable devices and other amusement rides regarding inspections, operator training, and permit fees.

Establishes tiered annual permit fees for inflatable devices: $100 for 10 or fewer devices, $175 for 11-24 devices, and $250 for 25 or more devices.

Requires operators of inflatable devices to receive training from a person certified by the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization or similar nationally recognized organization on proper operation per manufacturer guidelines.

Adds a new requirement that water slides at least 15 feet in height must have an attendant stationed to ensure patrons adhere to safety standards.

Expands qualified inspector credentials for inflatable devices to include those with training certification from nationally recognized organizations, with certification valid for five years.
