Exempts practices that assist with gender transition, provide acceptance and support for sexual orientation or gender identity, or facilitate coping and identity exploration without seeking to change orientation or identity

Exempts religious leaders or officials performing conversion therapy as part of religious duties when not acting under a state-issued professional license

Classifies violation as unprofessional conduct subject to disciplinary action by the practitioner's respective regulatory board, with the prohibition also applying to telemedicine services
