Exempts the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks from the requirement that proposed rules and regulations with implementation and compliance costs of $1,000,000 or more over five years must be ratified by the legislature before adoption

Amends K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 77-441 to add Wildlife and Parks to the existing list of exemptions, which includes temporary rules, federally mandated regulations, and rules adopted under K.S.A. 2-3710

Corrects a statutory citation error, changing "77-722" to "77-422" for temporary rules and regulations

Takes effect upon publication in the statute book
