Establishes the seal currently affixed to the chamber podium as the official seal of the Kansas House of Representatives, featuring imagery of a rising sun, steamboat, settler's cabin, ox-wagons, buffalo, Indians on horseback, the motto "Ad astra per aspera," and 34 stars

Speaker of the House maintains custody of the seal and authorizes its use for attestation of official documents and other approved purposes

House members may use the seal on official stationery, newsletters, other official communications, and for personal use, but such use cannot convey an official position of the House

Prohibits use of the House seal for any campaign purposes

Takes effect upon publication in the statute book
