Creates a Hunter Nation distinctive license plate available to Kansas residents starting January 1, 2026, for passenger vehicles and trucks registered at 20,000 pounds or less

Requires a logo use royalty payment between $25 and $100 (amount set by Hunter Nation, Inc.) in addition to regular registration fees, paid to the county treasurer

Hunter Nation, Inc. designs the plate with approval from the director of vehicles; plates are non-transferable between persons but may transfer from leased to purchased vehicles

Applicants must consent to release of motor vehicle record information (name, address, payment amount, plate number, vehicle type) to Hunter Nation, Inc. and the state treasurer

Monthly royalty payments collected are remitted to Hunter Nation Foundation, Inc.
