Mandates regular data checks from multiple state agencies: monthly death records from vital statistics, quarterly employment data from the department of labor, monthly incarceration status from corrections, and quarterly tax records from the department of revenue

Requires monthly review of lottery and gambling winnings from the Kansas Lottery and Racing and Gaming Commission, flagging recipients with winnings of $3,000 or greater for eligibility review

Directs monthly verification against federal databases including Social Security Administration records, the national directory of new hires, HUD payment information, and FBI fleeing felon data

Requires quarterly public reporting on the DCF website of aggregate fraud investigation data, including number of investigations, prosecutions referred, improper payments, recovered funds, and out-of-state EBT transactions
