Authorizes naturopathic doctors to be employed by business entities that obtain a certificate of authorization from the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, expanding existing provisions that currently apply only to physicians and chiropractors

Adds naturopathic doctors to the list of professionals that must be disclosed when a business entity applies for certification, and requires verification of their licensure as a condition of approval

Allows professional corporations to include naturopathic doctors among the types of professionals that may jointly organize and render services under K.S.A. 17-2707

Business entities employing naturopathic doctors must pay certification fees up to $1,000 and renew annually, with the same requirements and restrictions that apply to entities employing physicians and chiropractors

Amends K.S.A. 17-2710 and K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 65-28,134, taking effect upon publication in the statute book
