Amends K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 65-1626a to allow Kansas pharmacists to administer FDA-approved or authorized vaccines to persons at least 7 years of age, or the age recommended by the CDC, whichever is older

Removes the previous requirement that pharmacists must administer vaccines only pursuant to a vaccination protocol for most common vaccines

Restricts pharmacist administration of certain specialized vaccines that still require a vaccination protocol: cholera, monkeypox, Japanese encephalitis, typhoid, rabies, yellow fever, tick-borne encephalitis, anthrax, tuberculosis, dengue, Hib, polio, rotavirus, smallpox, and any vaccine approved after January 1, 2023
