State Board of Regents must establish curricula so students are not required to enroll in DEI-CRT-related courses to satisfy academic program requirements, with exceptions for programs explicitly focused on racial, ethnic, or gender studies

Institutions cannot require, solicit, or incentivize faculty to participate in DEI-CRT practices or include such content as a condition of course approval, performance assessment, promotion, tenure, or salary adjustments

Starting in school year 2027-2028, undergraduate bachelor's degree students at public and municipal universities must complete an American institutions general education course covering constitutional democracy, founding documents (Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Federalist Papers), and comparisons with communism and totalitarianism

Freshman orientation programs must include sections on free expression policies, the First Amendment, and resources on free speech and viewpoint diversity; DEI-related orientation content may only be offered as one option among multiple session choices

Institutions must publish on their websites any orientation materials related to diversity, equity, inclusion, gender identity, or DEI-CRT content
