State agencies designated as voter registration agencies under the National Voter Registration Act (52 U.S.C. § 20506) that provide public assistance benefits must report noncitizen recipients to the Kansas Secretary of State on a quarterly basis

Required information for each noncitizen recipient includes: first and last name, middle name or initial, residence address, date of birth, alien registration number, last four digits of social security number (if any), and driver's license or nondriver's ID number (if any)

Applies to state agencies as defined in K.S.A. 75-3701
