Requires each Kansas postsecondary educational institution to adopt a policy accepting platinum, gold, or silver ACT WorkKeys credentials as transferable credit toward postsecondary technical degrees, based on American Council on Education national guide recommendations

Maintains existing requirement that the State Board of Education provide the ACT college entrance exam and three ACT WorkKeys assessments free of charge to students in grades 11-12, and the pre-ACT exam to grade 9 students

Participation in all exams and assessments remains optional for students

Requires the Kansas Department of Education and school districts to annually publish exam times, dates, locations, and registration information on their websites

Mandates annual reporting to legislative education committees on aggregate exam and assessment data for participating students
