Creates two new distinctive license plates for Kansas beginning July 1, 2026: one promoting Pheasants Forever and one promoting Quail Forever

Available to Kansas residents who own or lease passenger vehicles or trucks registered for 20,000 pounds or less gross weight

Requires a logo use royalty payment between $25 and $100 (amount set by Pheasants Forever, Inc.) in addition to regular registration fees, paid annually to the county treasurer

Plates are non-transferable between persons, though the director of vehicles may transfer plates from a leased to purchased vehicle for the same owner

Applicants must consent to release of motor vehicle record information (name, address, payment amount, plate number, vehicle type) to Pheasants Forever, Inc. and the state treasurer
