Creates a Delta Waterfowl distinctive license plate available to Kansas residents starting January 1, 2027, for passenger vehicles and trucks registered at 20,000 pounds or less

Requires a logo use royalty payment between $25 and $100 (set by Delta Waterfowl's board of directors) in addition to the regular license fee, paid to the county treasurer

Applications must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the applicant's registration renewal date; plates are non-transferable except when moving from a leased to purchased vehicle

Applicants must consent to release of motor vehicle record information (name, address, payment amount, plate number, vehicle type) to Delta Waterfowl's board and the state treasurer

Royalty payments collected by county treasurers will be remitted monthly to the Delta Waterfowl Foundation
