Honors Brandon Pierce Gaede (1995-2025), a Phillips County undersheriff who was killed in the line of duty on June 27, 2025, while responding to a report of illegal explosives

Gaede served in Kansas law enforcement beginning in 2013, rising from deputy to sergeant (2023) to undersheriff (2024), and was named 2025 Sheriff's Deputy of the Year by the Kansas Sheriff's Association

Requires the Secretary of Transportation to place suitable memorial signs along the highway right-of-way upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114
