Prohibits state agencies, counties, and cities from requiring pregnancy centers or medical pregnancy centers to perform abortions, provide abortion-inducing drugs, make abortion referrals, or post materials promoting abortion services.

Protects pregnancy centers from government interference with their ability to provide pregnancy-related services, counseling, prenatal/postnatal resources, and medical care solely because they do not offer or refer for abortions.

Shields pregnancy centers' hiring decisions by preventing government mandates to employ individuals who do not affirm the center's pro-life mission statement or operating procedures.

Creates a private cause of action allowing pregnancy centers or aggrieved parties to sue for damages, injunctive relief, or declaratory relief, with prevailing parties eligible for costs and attorney fees.

Authorizes the Kansas legislature to appoint members to intervene in any legal challenge to the act's constitutionality, with the appointment remaining effective even if the member leaves the legislature.
