Establishes a 13-member Kansas-Italy trade commission to promote bilateral trade, investment, business exchanges, and economic cooperation between Kansas and Italy

Commission membership includes 6 legislators appointed by leadership from both chambers, 6 members appointed by the governor and legislative leaders representing universities, Italian-American community, Kansas industries, or business organizations, plus the secretary of commerce or designee

Legislative members serve 2-year terms corresponding to legislative sessions; nonlegislative members serve 3-year terms with reappointment allowed

Commission must meet quarterly in Topeka, report annually to the governor and legislature by February 1, and may raise funds and accept gifts, grants, and bequests

Creates the Kansas-Italy trade commission fund in the state treasury to receive donations and fund commission activities, with expenditures requiring majority commission approval
