Establishes the Department of Corrections Peer Support Fund in the state treasury, administered by the secretary of corrections, to exclusively support peer support programs for corrections officers and other department employees

Transfers $500,000 from the state general fund to the new peer support fund on or after July 1, 2026, with additional transfers from the general fund or special revenue funds authorized in subsequent fiscal years through appropriation acts

Allowable expenditures include training of peer support team members, program materials, equipment, travel expenses, staffing costs, and other expenses necessary to promote mental health, wellness, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention among department employees

Protects the fund from being diverted to other governmental purposes by exempting it from certain Kansas statutes governing fund transfers (K.S.A. 75-3722, 75-3725a, and 75-3726a), and provides for monthly interest earnings transfers based on the fund's average daily balance

Requires the secretary of corrections to submit an annual report to the governor and legislature by January 15 detailing fund expenditures and the effectiveness of the peer support program during the preceding calendar year
