University of Kansas must establish and operate a statewide anonymous human trafficking data repository by January 1, 2028

Law enforcement agencies, Kansas Bureau of Investigation, and county/district attorneys must submit anonymous case data by July 1, 2028, including offense details, victim and offender demographics, dates, locations, victim service referrals, and case dispositions

Repository designed to track trafficking trends, evaluate effectiveness of state-funded anti-trafficking initiatives, and identify evidence-based interventions for prosecution and victim assistance

Data submission method must be developed in consultation with KBI and law enforcement at no additional cost to submitting agencies

Annual reports on repository data required beginning July 1, 2029, submitted to the governor, attorney general, senate president, and house speaker
