Prohibits all corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, business trusts, credit unions, and other artificial legal entities formed in Kansas or doing business in Kansas from engaging directly or indirectly in election activity (supporting/opposing candidates, parties, or political committees) or ballot-issue activity (supporting/opposing constitutional amendments or ballot questions)

Declares any election or ballot-issue activity by such entities ultra vires and void, with automatic forfeiture of all charter privileges including limited liability and perpetual duration as a matter of law

Exempts registered political committees, candidate committees, and party committees that exist solely for political purposes and claim no charter privilege other than limited liability; also exempts bona fide news organizations unless owned by political parties or candidates

Applies to foreign entities doing business or holding property in Kansas, with any such entity engaging in Kansas election/ballot activity conclusively deemed to be transacting business in the state for jurisdiction and enforcement purposes

Takes effect January 1, 2027, and does not invalidate contracts or legal obligations entered before that date, though no election or ballot-issue activity is authorized after that date
