Corrects an inconsistency in K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 41-1201 where different sections of the statute referenced conflicting permit limits

Temporary permits allow holders to sell and serve alcoholic liquor for consumption on premises for up to 3 consecutive days per permit

Permit fee remains $25 per day, with applications required at least 14 days before the event
