Sets bill request deadlines for individual members at 5:00 p.m. on January 27, 2025 (2025 session) and January 26, 2026 (2026 session), with bill introduction deadlines of February 5, 2025 and February 4, 2026

Limits conference committee reports to including no more than four additional bills or parts of bills beyond the original matter in conference, with reports requiring signatures from all conferees on initial reports

Prohibits bill consideration after March 28, 2025 (2025 session) and March 27, 2026 (2026 session), except for vetoed bills, omnibus appropriation acts, and reconciliation spending limit bills

Authorizes legislative committees and chambers to meet in closed executive session for matters relating to security of state officers, employees, buildings, or property
